Role: Intensive Support Worker - Crisis
Location: Bristol, BS2 8PE
Salary: £19,869 - £21,179 Annum
Term: Perm, Full time (Part time considered)
Please Note: - This is a 24 hour service therefore staff will work on a rota to cover days, evenings, nights and weekends.
Bristol Mental Health services are changing, and will be provided by 18 organisations under the banner of Bristol Mental Health.
A key and exciting part of this change is the new role of Intensive Support Worker - Crisis.
You will be providing a wide range of interventions to assist people, during a period of acute mental health crisis, with daily health, social care and wellbeing needs, building resilience and connecting into community resources. You will be taking a holistic view, within a recovery and psychologically informed approach, reduce the crisis and support people's recovery to live fulfilling lives. If you are innovative, responsive and have experience of support work, this job could be for you.
