Salary: Qualified to NVQ / QCF 2, £13,256 - £14,676 per Annum, Unqualified from £12,443, Depending on Experience, Sleepover at £32.45

New Focus, is an innovative project working with people with a learning disability and mental health needs who have additional complex needs.

Due to expansion our client wishes to recruit in the Preston and South Ribble Areas.

They are looking for full time and part time Project Workers and full time Relief Project Workers.

Qualified to NVQ / QCF £13,256 - £14,676 per annum, unqualified from £12,443, depending on experience, Sleepover at £32.45.

Also opportunities for Male and Female Casual Bank Staff at £6.73 per hour.

Working within a professional multi-agency setting, experience in mental health, learning disability or youth work is desirable but other experience may be relevant; flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends is essential. The work is rewarding and offers specialised training leading to recognised qualifications and a comprehensive range of benefits.

Ideally Project Worker candidates will have experience of working with people who have complex and challenging needs and be able to demonstrate the ability to set boundaries within the working relationship. Ideally candidates should have NVQ 2 in Care, but relevant experience will be considered if no NVQ / QCF held.
