An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the College as Course Leader in Health & Social Care Access Courses. This is a part time role for 18.5 hours a week.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual, with a successful teaching record, to join a successful school to lead, develop and manage mainly Access courses in the areas of Health and Social Care.
In order to be successful in this position, you will possess GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent (or will be willing to work towards these) along with a teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent) and a Degree in Nursing/health/related area.
It is essential that you have successful teaching experience and are able to demonstrate a student centred approach to teaching. You should also have industrial/work related experience in the field of health care. A driving license and use of car insured for business use (or the ability to prove mobility suitable to the duties of the post) is also essential.
