Job Title: Trainee Service Engineer
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £13,200 per Annum
Position: Service Engineer Apprentice
Reporting To: Technical and Customer Service Manager
Trainee Service Engineer Job Purpose:
To support installation of our client's doors to the relevant standards and to provide the highest level of customer service through the maximisation of resources and sensitivity to cost and budgets.
Trainee Service Engineer Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent Customer Service to meet the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
• To install the appropriate doors; work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, loss of unused materials, and clean up installation debris.
• Report any changes, deficiencies or deviations in the door to the supervisor.
• Correctly complete Engineer work reports, certificates or checklists as appropriate.
Scope of Position:
Work Pattern – Shift / Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Travel: Geographical area of responsibility with travel across areas of the UK.

• Flexibility to work outside or in excess of standard hours when necessary to achieve objectives required.
• Sound knowledge of the company’s service offering specific to role.
