This role is covering Leicester, Nothants and Lincs. My client is one of the largest Adult Skills, apprenticeship and employability providers in the UK. What will the role involve? As a Trainer Assessor, you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support, advise and guide them through their apprenticeship training and assessment. Delivering a professional, high quality service to our learners is key and is underpinned by quality procedures and Awarding Body requirements. What skills are we looking for? As a Trainer Assessor you will have demonstrable experience working in a Clinical Healthcare setting, preferably in a Sister, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant position. You will also have experience of working on a hospital ward. Passionate about helping others to succeed and enjoy working to strict deadlines are essential requirements for the role. You will possess good IT and organisational skills as these will be key to your success in this position. You will be comfortable working independently and manage your own caseload with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships. You will also have experience assessing Health & Social Care qualifications along with the TAQA/A1/QCF qualification.
