- You will have graduated with a minimum 2:1 classification in a relevant degree in the last 2 years
- You will have a practical, hands-on approach to your duties
- You will be highly organised and persuasive, with strong communication skills
- Prepared to travel, you will relish the opportunity for secondments to other European plants and be willing to broaden your skills by undertaking further study
