IT Programme Manager - Global ERP and CRM Integration Programme. London - £80-100k, 15% bonus, health, pension, etc.

Following a Global IT Transformation programme to replace and align ERP, CRM and 500+ websites across multiple Global locations, a leading eCommerce and Marketing organisation requires an IT Programme Manager to take ownership of highly complex ERP and CRM integration programme covering over 30 global locations.

Taking an out of the box approach and having already re-engineered processes and agreed a template, the IT Programme Manager's role is to initially roll out Oracle E-Business (EBS) and Salesforce CRM with the focus being on integration into other core systems including highly bespoke web platforms and B2B / B2C websites.

Reporting into the Technical Delivery Director the IT Programme Manager will have full budgetary ownership of the programme and have ultimate ownership of the delivery team including a number of Technical Project Managers and Business Analysts, who will own various workstreams within the portfolio, as well as overseeing the technical integration teams.

IT Programme Managers must have a strong pedigree in Global Delivery of complex IT integration focussed ERP and CRM projects and although not essential it is beneficial to have experience of Oracle EBS and/or Salesforce.
