Property Manager

Property Manager Our client is an established Estate/Lettings Agency in the Bournemouth area and they are seeking a Property Manager to join their busy team. The right candidate will need to have a sound knowledge of the Lettings market and will either of held a similar role previously, or worked within Lettings and wishes to come away from the hustle and bustle of being a Lettings Agent. Duties include: Arrange, book in and carry out inspections on all fully managed properties. These are carried out every three months. To create the reports with photos showing the property and any points to be raised. Dealing with all maintenance issues - booking in contractors, arranging quotes, updating landlords and tenants. Ensure that the properties are well maintained Dealing with all issues regarding the property i.e. neighbours, etc.... Carrying out check outs and creating reports. Liaising between landlords and tenants and inputting onto the deposit website Have the ability to negotiate and build relationships with landlords and tenants Must have experience, demonstrate a knowledge of the lettings industry and be aware of legislation. Working hours 9am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri and every other Sat 9am to 5pm Offering a salary of £15k - £20K and the opportunity to work within a friendly and busy environment
