A leading litho and digital printing business with a UK-wide client base and a reputation for excellence.

A Pre-Press Operator is now being hired to join this business to operate pre-press software in order to fulfill the production needs of their repro department.

You will be responsible for preparing jobs from proofing for the customer, producing hardcopy proofs, mock-ups and plates correct for the printing and finishing process .

Your experience is likely to include some or all of the following:

- Experience in a Pre-Press Operator or similar role.

- Sound technical knowledge of all of the latest industry applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Knowledge of the operation of Xerox digital printing machine would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues.
- Determined, focused and positive attitude.
