Sales Co-ordinator

Permanent Castle Donington £15,000 - £19,000 pa (depending on experience) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy company based in the Castle Donington area who is seeking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join a highly successful existing corporate team. Ideally, you will be competent with face to face and telesales, with a passion for proactive work. You must also be creative, articulate and have a great attention to detail. Main duties and responsibilities will include: * Assessing customer's needs for equipment and services including specifications, budget, and any other eventualities (space etc.) * Provide after sales service, and technical help where appropriate * Prepare quotations * Gain new customers and make initial contact * Attending to the call list of opportunities, making outgoing calls as a result * Processing Sales order for equipment and supporting products where appropriate * Updating customers, advising of pricing and new products where applicable * Processing orders for Customer Services - providing secondary support if necessary * Preparing bespoke sample packs Ideally you will have the following skills and experience: * Ability to work as a flexible Team member * Clear, concise and effective communication ability * High standard of Numeracy, Written and spoken English * Excellent organisational and planning skills - ability to plan own workload with a methodical approach * Ability to generate own ideas and demonstrate a willingness to achieve continuous improvement in service delivery * Ability to work effectively and efficiently whilst under pressure * Ability to cross sell and up sell * Understand and be committed to customer service excellence * Show determination to reach targets and objectives Extensive product and systems will be provided.
