This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of our biggest clients, during their busiest time of the year. Job Details: - Monday - Sunday (to work 5 of the 7 days) - Hours: 7am - 8pm (standard 37.5 hour working week between those hours) - Pay Scale: Weeks 1 & 2 - During Trainging: £6.31 Weeks 3 - 6: £6.66 From Week 7 onwards: £7.18 - Based in Moulton Park, Northampton - Must have own transport as public transport will not always run to site on weekends for the desired shift times. Job Duties: - Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers - Resolving any customer queries Candidate Requirements: - Exceptional Customer Services - Retail or customer service experience - Confident in speaking with the general public - Confident in working to deadlines Candidate must be able to: - Provide Right to Work documentation: Passport/Full Birth Certificate, National Insurance proof, Proof of address on a Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months - addressed to your current residence - Pass a Criminal Records Bureau check - Be available to work between August/September to January 2015 - Refrain from Holiday between August/September to January 2015 ** There are 2 intakes so some holidays may be able to be accommodated - please call in for information ** - Provide 5 years of Employment and/or Academic history
