Developers Required 

(C#/.Net/MySQL Backend and Frontend)

Full Time

Office Based – Shoreham by Sea (near Brighton)

Salary – £25K to £45K

Start: September 2014

We are the fastest growing vessel monitoring and fleet tracking provider in the commercial maritime industry. We are currently recruiting TWO ambitious software developers. One for BACKEND system development and one FRONTEND developer. 

BACKEND DEVELOPER (C#/.Net/MySQL)

Minimum technical requirements:

• C#, .Net, OOP, Design Patterns

• MySQL

• .Net web service and server technologies

• Ability to produce reliable, scalable, and maintainable software

Experience, familiarity, training or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• Distributed software systems

• Windows services and server processes

• Internet technologies and protocols

• MySQL / IIS Administration

• Security and coding best practices

• GIS and navigational concepts a big advantage

FRONTEND DEVELOPER (Sencha/ASP.Net/C#)

Minimum technical requirements:

• Excellent JavaScript skills

• HTML/CSS/JSON/XML

• ASP.Net/C#

• A good understanding of usability and UI design

Experience, familiarity, training or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• ExtJS Sencha

• Web mapping APIs (Bing)

• Async web client architecture and messaging

• MySQL

• Security and coding best practices

• GIS and navigational concepts a big advantage

Background and experience is an advantage. However we are also searching for determined individuals that are looking for an opportunity.
