Our client is a successful and oversubscribed 11- 18 mixed upper school, with 1031 students on roll; in 2012 they were described by Ofsted as a ‘Good School’ with ‘Outstanding’ features. Our clients aim is to inspire all our students to adopt an attitude of lifelong learning and encourage both students and staff to have the highest expectation of themselves and others.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Teacher of History with the energy to inspire, motivate and challenge students; you will also be expected to contribute to the development of this successful department. Our client recognises that a strong and creative curriculum extends beyond the classroom and all students benefit from a wide choice of enrichment activities and trips both locally and abroad. Many students are high performing and it is important that we recognize their abilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of History who;

Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the DBS (Disclosure Barring Service).
