Sales Team Manager

Sales Team Manager Our client is the largest IT Sales & Marketing company in Europe and they are currently looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager. The starting salary depends of previous experience & the client's perception of the level of value they would be able to deliver over the first 6 months. There is room to grow to £35k+ in the role of Team Manager, as the candidate becomes more independent & successful in delivering higher value services across larger teams Responsibilities: - Managing teams of pan European multilingual agents across lead generation, channel management & inside sales services - Recruitment - Training - Coaching - Development - Reporting & analysis - Performance Management - Client interaction What we're looking for: - Inspiring - Passionate - People person - Wants to learn & grow - Someone with great ownership - Need to be very sharp, quick thinkers with a fantastic problem solving solution focus - If not English, then must have an excellent grasp of the language in all forms Experience: - 3 years + of proven experience of managing people, either in a call centre or sales environment - Not looking for job hoppers who move every 1-2 years Salary £25k - £30k + bonus
