The Company:
Our client is a well established company, importing and exporting within fast moving consumer products.

Main duties:
Responsible for the entire delivery process of products to ensure all deliveries are made on time
To manage staff effectively

The Role:
-To build and establish strong relationships with suppliers 
-To ensure that deliveries comply with policies and procedures of the receiving country
-To manage export documentation and other relevant documents
-To keep up to date with changes in import/export laws
-To investigate transport methods in order to develop effective import/export strategies
-To delegate effectively to junior members and provide detailed training    
-Analyse data to monitor performance and record delivery speeds in order to develop areas in which the company could develop further
-To be responsible for the credit control, shipping schedules and transport documentation and to accurately input such data into the company database
-To negotiate and review contracts with both suppliers and customers
-To identify growth areas and set out clear strategies and time frames using computer based planning tools
-To deal with invoices and purchase orders
-To create monthly performance reports to establish KPI’s and budgets

The Candidate:
-Fluent in Spanish as well as English (both written and spoken)
-Previous experience within Supply Chain Management
-Strong knowledge of import/export procedures 
-Proven experience of hitting targets  
-High level of commercial awareness
-Extremely Resilient
-Ability to prioritise tasks 
-Strongly organised
-Computer literate
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary: from £35k - £45k pa
