MHC are looking to recruit Bank Nurses to provide additional flexible support to our hospitals. You will need to be a qualified RNLD or RNMH with sufficient experience of working within a similar healthcare setting. We need people with potential who can match our devotion to total care and support.

In the role of Bank Staff Nurse you will ...
•Provide care that focuses on the needs of the individual and promotes independence
•Effectively communicate with patients, colleagues and the MDT, to strive for the maximum co-operation and co-ordination, and to participate in forums designed to further good communication
•Ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments including the custody, storage and administration of drugs
What you need
•A degree or diploma in nursing which allows you to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), we accept applications from RNLD, RMN /RNMH
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to display empathy, warmth, patience and understanding
•Willing to work flexibly, including evening and weekends
•Dedication to providing the best quality care and support possible
