Our client a leading energy broker, with over 20 years’ experience in the sector specialising in helping SME’s with their energy procurement are recruiting an additional Learning and Development Manager who will be based in the Lytham Office but will be required to travel to the Liverpool office as required.
This new hands on position will work alongside the Head of Sales assisting in the recruitment process of new staff and deliver induction, training and coaching to new and existing staff within the business.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential together with knowledge of the energy broker and procurement process. Formal qualifications relating to learning and development would be an advantage.
Candidates should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills and have commercial acumen.
