An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this high street retailer as an Allocator .
The Allocator will form an integral part of the Merchandising team and will be responsible for providing accurate information for allocation planning, stock replenishment and trading purposes.
Allocator responsibilities will include
- Create and maintain purchase orders on the system.
- Check and ensure all purchase orders are received and processed by supplier.
- Chase and review set up of new suppliers.
- Pre-allocate all new products
- Review pre-allocations through scheduling reports before distributing to merchandisers.
- Amend pre-allocations as directed by Merchandiser.
- Produce price amendments
The ideal Allocator candidate will possess strong analytical and numerical skills and will demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative. Exceptional team working skills and strong proficiencies in IT are also essential.
