Due to growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Advisor to join a national provider of apprenticeships and work-based training that works with hundreds of employers to support their workforce needs. Based in the Manchester City Centre, the successful Sales Advisor will be office based, earning £26,000 OTE.

Over the last few years the company has become the market leader for apprenticeships within the education sector. The National School Apprenticeship programme (NSA), supports both primary and secondary schools to appoint new apprentices in support roles within the school workforce.
Whether employers are taking on an apprenticeship for the first time or looking to train their existing employees, the Sales team is the first point of contact and it is up to the Sales Advisors to provide an outstanding customer experience. As a Sales Advisor you will receive training that covers all aspects of what we the company does, including the National School Apprenticeship programme and your main responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of each and every call
• Delivering on your promises and ensuring you work quickly and effectively
• Creating and updating customer accounts in the sales pipeline software
• Prioritising your own workload to achieve monthly targets

The successful Sales Advisor will be target driven with excellent customer service skills, in addition to possessing the following skills and experience:

• Confident, organised and practically minded
• Capable of working as a team as well as on your own
• A good listener
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• PC Literate
