Account Executve - Bacardi
Our Client is a Global market leader in creating and delivering exciting tailor-made, promotional products for some of the world’s leading consumer brands including Coca-Cola, Nestle, Philip Morris, Unilever, FIFA and Diageo.
Due to an expansion within our busy London office, we are currently recruiting an Account Executive to join our Bacardi GB team. Our Bacardi team works across a multitude of World Class brands, from Bacardi and Eristoff, to Grey Goose and Bombay Sapphire. This is a challenging role in a fast paced environment, requiring a committed, team-orientated and flexible individual, who has the ambition to succeed in a client facing role. Main duties/responsibilities:
- Pro-actively support and manage the Bacardi account, under the guidance of the Local Account Manager, ensuring the client receives the highest level of service.
- Monitor and control projects under the supervision of the Local Account Manager to ensure all aspects of a given project are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaising with ADM’s preferred supplier roster to ensure accurate briefing for all new creative, bespoke POS solutions and product quotations.
- Using our on-line IT management systems to produce quotations and formal offers for our client.
- Assisting the Local Account Manager to manage client expectations within established guidelines.
- Constantly looking out for and developing POS ideas and solutions to meet client and brand requirements
Knowledge/Experience:
- Candidates will possess 1+ years experience in a full time working environment ideally within a sales promotion agency or similar promotional marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel with a basic understanding of Powerpoint.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve high standards of delivery within tight time lines.
- A basic understanding of FMCG route to market process would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of product manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
- Proactive individual who excels in a team environment
