Senior Verification Engineer – Cambridge, UK
A highly proactive Senior Verification Engineer with excellent systemVerilog, Linux, OVM or UVM, Verilog and C/C++ skills to join a growing specialised team in Cambridge, UK. This exciting multinational company designs the world’s most advanced IP, with their centre in Cambridge specialising in on-chip communication, including the delivery of System on Chip interconnects.
Recent growth in system integration places on-chip communication at the centre of system performance, making the design and verification of interconnects a significant and exciting challenge, within a world-leading company with great leadership and career progression opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years' proven experience of;
• Using current verification strategies required for complex IP development, including constrained random, coverage driven, assertion-based and formal techniques.
• Experience of architecting and implementing verification solutions for complex problems at block level, unit level and system level, as well as strong UNIX or Linux skills.
• SystemVerilog, Specman, Vera, S, C/C++, Verilog,OVM or UVM methodologies
• Structured Programming Techniques (OOP), RTL Verification, Network-on-Chip and Software Development.
Energy and organisational skills are highly important attributes, as well as the desire to continually advance verification capabilities. This person will have great communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to engage actively with the team and across all business groups. Due to an increasingly high demand for their market-leading products, my client has rapid growth planned for 2012, making this an exciting time to join and grow within this world-leading company.
