The company group encompasses two separate businesses, each a market leader in their specialised field.
Together we design, manufacture and install GRP and Steel housings suitable for equipment and personnel use. Our client base includes the utilities and construction sectors.
As an ambitious, dynamic and professional organisation with many years of manufacturing in the Llandybie, Port Talbot and Swansea area we now employ over 240 people. Our main operating plant is situated in Llandybie just 10 minutes from the M4.
As the group continues to flourish and our client base expands throughout British and global markets, we are looking to strengthen our team with the development of new talent.
Due to our expansion we are looking to strengthen our Engineering and Design Team to support the Engineering function in the design and development or our products. You will apply your knowledge of taking into account factors such as wind and snow loadings considering deflection of different materials within our housing constructions and steel bases. Liaise with customers and project manage individual projects to deliver the best solutions to our client base. The role is very varied and interesting, covering mechanical and structural engineering disciplines, combined with managing projects and working closely with our customers and internal team members.
It is expected that the successful applicant will develop into this role over a defined period of time and incremental salary increases will reflect the success of this ongoing development.

Essential Requirements
You will possess excellent systems knowledge and analytical skills.
Applicants must have achieved a minimum of 2:1 at degree level in either a Mechanical, Civil or Structural discipline.
Desirable Requirements
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is desirable.
