An experienced Customer Service Advisor / Property Administrator is sought this expanding student accommodation and property organisation based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

The company really puts its students first. Their focus is to provide all their students with the best possible service at the best value for money. They are rapidly growing as a business, with accommodation sites all over the UK.

They are now seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Property Administrator to deliver excellent customer service to students and conduct property viewings.

Title: Customer Service Advisor / Property Administrator
Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne
Salary: £7.20 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days
Benefits: 28 days holiday per annum

The Customer Service Advisor / Property Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering show flat viewings
- Following up on sales leads
- Ensuring a high standard of presentation including all public areas and customer rooms
- Managing reporting and completion of maintenance work
- Contributing to delivery of all property KPIs including debt, sales, audits and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining customer information including book systems, hard copy files and excel spreadsheets

The ideal Customer Service Advisor / Property Administrator will possess the following:
- Experience in a Property Administrator / Customer Service role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and online booking systems
- The ability to manage customer issues in a calm, courteous manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
