What we're looking for

There are 75 plus Carluccio's (and counting), each one a great neighbourhood restaurant and deli that's embraced by its community. From the start, we set out to offer service that's attentive yet relaxed, making our customers feel welcome and well-looked after: how you serve them is as much a part of the Carluccio's brand experience as the authentic, freshly made Italian dishes you serve them with.

You'll be the sort of person who is happy working in a busy restaurant environment, on the go from first thing in the morning to last thing at night; a great team player, with a sixth sense that lets you tailor your attention to your customers' needs. (Are they in a rush and keen to be served as quickly as possible, with no fuss? Or relaxed, and keen to hear your expert advice on dishes or wines, or simply to chat about this and that?)
