This Ecommerce Specialist consultancy and Netsuite Partner based in Leeds are looking to recruit a Support Technician.

Role to include:

• 1st level telephone and email support to clients using NetSuite ERP
• Log and monitor cases to ensure they are being handled in time
• Provide ‘how to use’ help where possible
• Develop NetSuite reports for clients

May also be involved in implementations or other projects as part of a team.
Applicant must be educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent and have had some experience working in an office. Training will be given in NetSuite.

Key skills:

• Good inter personal skills
• Willing to be flexible
• Some knowledge of excel
• Any knowledge or experience with an accounting, order processing or CRM system a bonus
• Any experience in a support role a bonus

Must be comfortable developing own knowledge and skills within a small team in a dynamic changing environment.
