Position: RTA EL PL Fee Earner
Location: Burnley, UK
Salary: £16,000 - £20,000
Our Client is an established firm who are looking for exceptional Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their Team. This firm is expanding and has seen healthy growth over the recent months.
They can provide successful applicants with a competitive salary and development within a reputable firm.
Responsibilities:
- Handling RTA EL PL caseload
- Managing and monitoring a complex caseload
- Ability to manage own targets in respect of outcome and acting in the best result for your clients
- Reporting to the department manager with the ability to work alone whilst becoming a key team member within the Personal Injury team
Skills
- 12 months experience within Personal Injury with a particular focus on litigation.
- Excellent academic background and or achievements from a proven track record
- Ability to build relationships for new business development and excellent interpersonal skills
- Also key to this role is the ability to work to tight deadlines, good computer and keyboard skills and the ability to prioritise and organise your workload.
