Job Title: Pensions Administrator
Location: Edinburgh, City Of Edinburgh
Salary: £15,500 per Annum
Our client is an innovative provider of customer-centric business process services. With a network of 48 delivery centres spread across US, UK, Philippines, India and Sri Lanka, they provide services to organizations in the Healthcare, Communication, Publishing, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries. Their company's services - Customer Management, Data Processing and Collections - complemented with best-of-breed processes, intellectual property (IP) assets, and quality of service help clients not only improve customer satisfaction but also reduce operational costs, record process improvements and more importantly focus on core competence.
Working within the financial / pensions industry we are looking to recruit a number of Administrators to work within a number of areas of the business.
You will be based on our client's site on Dalkeith Road, Edinburgh.
The role will involve dealing with both written and telephone enquiries, data inputting, liaising with relevant stakeholders and letter writing. The role will require you to handle your own case load, prioritising workload and meet tight deadlines.
Candidates require strong communication skills and IT literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Pensions experience essential
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Experience of working within a financial environment
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Excellent communications skills (telephone and letter writing)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to train on the job
