Learning Support Assistant- Long term - Immediate Start - Dagenham
An experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant is required for a long term post within a large primary school based in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The post is for at least 2 terms with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.
This position will provide one to one support for a child in Year 2; the child has Cerebral Palsy and sometimes uses Makaton to communicate. The ability to use your own initiative alongside having experience with a statemented child is imperative.
The school, which has only recently become a primary school, was rated as "good" in its most recent OFSTED report and there is a strong sense of teamwork between the staff and children alike. You will be fully supported in your role from the school and from the consultants at Randstad Education.
