This is an exciting new opportunity for a marketing graduate to play a
key role in the development of our in-house marketing function.
You will provide professional high quality marketing and
communications support to the service and be responsible for
updating web content, maintaining a presence on social media and
community sites as well as supporting the design and development of
promotional materials for the English Services.
The ideal candidate will have a marketing degree, be self motivated and
innovative with experience of using adobe creative suite.

Job Summary:
To assist in the delivery of professional high quality marketing and communications support to the organisation in line in line with Service Policy and Procedures, reflecting the Mission Statement, Ethos, Vision and Values of Brothers of Charity Services.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Support, promote and adhere to the visions, values and mission statement of the Brothers of Charity Services in the UK and Internationally.
Provide effective support to the Marketing and Communications Executive
Assist in the development and delivery of BOCS Marketing and Communication Plans and Strategies for the English Services
Responsible for updating and maintaining appropriate website content to a high standard
Responsible for keeping an updated market presence in social networking sites including BOCS Web assets, BOCS Intranet, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and other similar community sites
Assist in the organising and management of promotional events and initiatives for the English Services.
Support the design, production and development of promotional materials for the English Services.
Assist in the development and monitoring of effective marketing intelligence, analytics and management information with a focus on continuous performance improvement systems
Assist in the promotion and support the development of new and existing services using a variety of media and marketing techniques
Assist in the implementation of the social media strategy
Assist in the creation, maintenance and continual improvement of information systems and marketing databases
Responsible for own personal learning and development/CPD in line with service policies and procedures.
Promote a diverse and inclusive workforce which is free from any discriminatory practice.
Work within designated compliance and quality assurance frameworks as required by the service (SP QAF, CQC, CSE, IiP etc).
Represent the service in a professional and confidential manner building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Adhere with section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions
Any other duties appropriate to this post, as necessary or as requested
