Location: City of London, EC4N
My client is looking to take on several high calibre graduates to be trainee recruitment consultants to start in May - October in their central London Offices. They offer a fast paced environment, uncapped commission and fast track to management career for graduates.
The Role / What You'll Be Doing as Trainee Recruitment Consultant
-Starting your career as a trainee recruitment consultant, the commission is available from day one.
-You'll be actively sourcing candidates for the consultants to place, every candidate you place, you'll get £300.
-My client believes in a career where the employee can see a set route for them, for example, to become a junior consultant, 15 deals have to be sourced in 3 months. Consultant: 11 '360' deals in 2 months. Senior consultant: Bill £160,000 in 6 months etc.
-All the graduates we have placed here are achieving this and have had their basics rise from £20K to £26K within 4months (after passing the initial training programme).
The Rewards:
-Working for my client is not an easy ride but the rewards are unparalleled within the sector:
-An employee who had been there just 18 months earned £69K in one month.
-Hit your targets and you'll be rewarded with monthly lunch clubs, at the best London restaurants .
-They also offer a car incentives: Year 1: Golf or Mini, Year 2: Audi A4 or Boxter. Year 3: X6 or M5.
-The recent 'High Flyers Club' (top 15% or billers) went on an all expenses paid trip to Milan, partying at the most exclusive clubs and bars. On their return they were each rewarded with their own Rolex Watch.
-The average OTE for first year grads is £75K, year 2 £125K, year 3 onwards £250K+. Plus there is always a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000
What We Are Looking For:
-It's not easy working for my client. You'll have to work long hours and overtime outside your contracted hours, but the rewards are fully worth it.
-We are looking for a recent graduate with a 2.1 or higher.
-Commission based or telesales experience is an advantage but not essential.
-Promotion within a job prior to this application is also an advantage.
-We look for integrity, tenacity, confidence, proven hard work, good work ethic and enthusiasm.
- Live in London to avoid long commutes
