Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants - Central London
Location: Soho, Central London
Salary: £18-21k
OTE: Year 1 £50k+
Commission: up to 40% of billing

Our aim is to give exceptional graduates a route into a profession historically dominated by low quality, high volume selling similar to what you'd find in a call centre.
Our trainees build recruitment, IT and business knowledge over a stepped, measured six month training program that allows them to grow gradually into the job.
Nowhere else will give you training of this quality or insist that your approach is informed and professional.
However, wherever you do it, recruitment is about money.
We're looking for motivated sales professionals who want to fast track their earnings to over 100k in an intelligent sales environment.
We won't offer you holiday targets, free drinks every night after work or fork out for a pool table in the office, but with up to 40% commission on all your billing in comparison to 20% with our competitors, you're welcome to buy them yourself.
To work for us applicants will pass through a rigorous selection process.
Our investment over the first six months is considerable and we only recruit individuals with a genuine desire to succeed in life, an ability to make things happen by selling ideas or concepts, and a need to understand what they sell and the service they offer.
