We help businesses to recruit across all sectors and levels so it is imperative that the role-holder is experienced across all industries and sectors and is comfortable accessing candidates applying for all roles, from PHP Developers, Field Sales and PLC Engineers to PR Executives, SEO Consultants and Finance Directors. You name it we’ve filled it!
The Virtual Recruitment Administrator Duties:
// Reviewing applicants’ CVs from varied sectors to determine suitability (We do receive a lot!)
// Answering calls from candidates in relation to the role they have or are about to apply for
// Working with clients to produce job adverts based on the client’s job specification and requirements
// Liaising with clients to ensure they are happy with the performance of their project and ensure maximum satisfaction
// Using a variety of candidate search channels to seek prospects
// Posting vacancies across various different job boards
// Organising interviews
// Proactively using initiative to spot opportunities to improve processes
// Providing support to other members of the team as required
What we are looking for:
// An experienced user of Outlook 2010, Word, Excel, Google Docs (spreadsheets) and other web based services. Someone who is not flustered having lots of browser pages open at once
// An expert multi-sector CV screener with the recruitment 6th sense / intuition to assess the suitability of a candidate where key skills are not immediately apparent
// Experience in writing job adverts for the internet
// Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to deal with candidates and clients at all levels
// Friendly, personable and professional manner
// First class customer care ethos
// Fast and accurate mouse clicker
// Fast and accurate data entry skills
// Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
// Attention to detail
// Confident and assured
// A dependable team player who can step in to pick up other activities when required
// Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ approach
// Flexibility - We’re looking for someone who can go the extra mile and who’s happy to put in the hours when there’s work to do. If you want a role where you down your tools at 17:30 when there is work left to do then we’re not for you.
// Happy to work in isolation and from home initially – home office set-up environment preferred
