As an independent recruitment agency, Red Recruitment have secured ongoing business with some of the most prominent and envied clients in the South Wales and South West region. In light of increased demand for our services, we are recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join our team in central Cardiff.
Duties will include:
• Full cycle Sales and Purchase Ledger processing, liaising with both customers and suppliers
• Assisting with the Payroll function of internal colleagues and external candidates (temps)
• Expenses, Petty Cash and Credit Card Expenses
• Statement and Bank Reconciliations
• Ad hoc administration duties
You will have strong numerical and communication skills, good attention to detail, along with accurate standards of presentation. Computer literacy is essential and you will be very comfortable using Microsoft Excel; exposure to Sage Payroll would be beneficial.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable individual to join a growing company and to work alongside a dynamic Finance Manager who will impart key skills and knowledge. The ethos is of continued improvement and each member of the team is welcoming and communicative.
Flexibility in hours is available, such as working 3 full days or 5 short days.
