Job Title: Health & Safety Adviser
Location: Westminster, London
Duration: Part-time (0.6FTE), Permanent
Salary: £19,478.40 - £21,091.20 Basic p.a.
(pro rata of £32,464 - £35,152 Basic p.a.) including London £1,998.60 London Weighting Allowance p.a. (pro rata of £3,331 Weighting Allowance p.a.)

The post holder will provide expert and authoritative advice on health & safety matters to College managers and staff; working with College managers to develop and review policy/codes of practice, promote safe working methods and conditions; monitor/investigate accident/incident/dangerous occurrence reports and to liaise with the College's outsourced occupational health service on Health and Safety matters, as well as the HR Department.
The successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation as well as the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing as well as influence and persuade colleagues.
