Job Title: GRADUATE TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Salary: £20000-£22000 OTE £40000-£50000 after Year 1 as well as bonuses.

The role: This is a direct sales role where you will be responsible for business development. Amongst a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant's duties are:
-Cold calling candidates and clients.
-Advertising jobs online.
-Searching internal and external databases to attract new 'customers'.
-Selling the services of the company to new and existing clients and candidates.
-Telephone interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability for roles.
-Effectively managing your time and resources to be effective.
-Networking with clients and candidates to increase your market penetration.
-Self analysing performance and self improving where possible.
Requirements for the role: Candidates must be a recent graduate (2.2 or above in any discipline) who are financially driven, hard working and have a passion for providing high-quality customer service. Candidates must also possess strong communication skills, confidence and resilience and able to demonstrate examples of when they have used these skills. Candidates are also required to show examples of extracurricular activities that illustrate making a positive impact such as volunteering, charity work or aiding the environment.
