Q. Why isn't my Recruiter Profile page showing on fish4jobs?
A. If a company doesn't have any live jobs, the Profile page will not appear in the Recruiters list. Once jobs have been successfully added the Profile page will appear.
Q. Why doesn't the location show in the job result list on my job, when it does on others?
A. To ensure your job is searchable under all relevant locations, please supply a Town/City and/or postcode when posting job adverts. If only a county location is supplied then the location will only show in the more details page, and not on the search results. To improve response to your adverts please supply as much location data as possible

A. You cannot log directly onto the Admin site through www.fish4.co.uk To log into the Admin site use http://www.fish4.co.uk/iad/admin and enter your login details.

Q. When I search for a sub-town on fish4homes, I get the message "Sorry, we are unable to find a location that matches your criteria. Please amend and try again"
A. If the location you have entered has not been recognised, try an alternative location, such as a postcode or town. If the location is still not recognised, please email customersupport@fish4.co.uk with the full location you are trying to search for.
Q. I use to have a listing in the Estate Agent's Directory, but it doesn't appear anymore
A. Unless you have 'live' properties on fish4homes, your Agent's homepage will not be searchable
